Brad Leone is a Chef from New Jersey who’s made quite a name for himself as a chef and YouTube star. If you haven’t seen his show “It’s Alive with Brad” on Bon Appétit’s channel, you’re missing out. He’s got an infectious enthusiasm as well as a passion for garlic, fermentation, and wild foods. Brad’s also penned a book called “Field Notes for Food Adventure,” which is full of unique recipes and stories from his foodie escapades!
